DELIA NURY LEAL, as trustee under the LEAL FAMILLY TRUST DATED JULY 7, 2008, CV2011-05198 in the Maricopa County Superior Court, in the amount of $502,500 for real property taken plus statutory interest until paid, and authorize the Chairman to sign documents, if any.
