F-2. RESOLUTION FCD 2013R002 FOR I-17/SKUNK CREEK LAND RIGHTS ACQUISITION Adopt Resolution FCD 2013R002 for the I-17/Skunk Creek Land Rights Acquisition (Project [#361]), authorizing the Chief Engineer and General Manager of the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) to advertise, select, negotiate, and award contracts for Project engineering and construction services; acquire Project rights-of-way; and include Project funding in the District’s Five-Year Capital Improvement Program. District staff has identified the need to secure additional land rights to have adequate access, conduct maintenance activities, respond to emergencies, and accomplish repairs to portions of Skunk Creek in north Phoenix.
