F-1. DECLARE/SELL EXCESS PARCEL FCD PARCEL: SH-559-EX Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603, declare parcel SH-559-EX (a portion of APN 219-17-001A) an excess parcel, and authorize the Flood Control District (District) to sell the parcel at public auction or to a qualified governmental entity without public auction as defined in §48-3603 (I). The District utilizes its Disposition Program and Timeline Process on all excess properties to evaluate them for the best potential of sales or leasing, depending on current market information. The minimum sale price will be determined by a certified licensed appraiser. Conveyance documents for the sale of the District parcel will be presented to the District Board of Directors for acceptance and signature at the time of sale. The parcel is: 1. Located on Eagle Crest Drive, East of the Spookhill FRS. The cross streets are Power Road and Eagle Crest Drive, Mesa. 2 .Assessor Parcel Number is 219-17-001A, a portion of Flood Control District’s Spookhill Flood Retarding Structure an adjacent property wall is encroaching onto Flood Control District property consisting of 727.20 sq. ft. or approximately 0.017 acres and is zoned RU-190, City of Mesa. On May 16, 2013, the District Management Team/Excess Lands Committee approved the subject parcel as excess to the needs of the District. This item is located in Supervisorial District #2.
