RELEASE/EXTINGUISH EASEMENT - FCD PARCEL: R-2, 4, 5-FR Pursuant to FCD 1999R016 authorize the Flood Control District (District) to release and extinguish portions of fringe flowage easements no longer needed for project purposes. The easement area is: 1. Located north of Camelback Road, west of 107th Avenue. 2. Portions of Assessor Parcel Numbers 102-59-016, -017, -019, -022, -023 and -024, which were sold by the Flood Control District to the City of Glendale. District staff ensured release provisions of easements are satisfied. This item is located in Supervisorial District #4. (C-69-13-064-8-00)
