City of Goodyear, CV2011-056245 in the amount of $689,000 plus statutory interest, contingent upon Goodyear’s issuance of a permit for a temporary construction easement related to the project; further that counsel for the Flood Control District is authorized to enter into a stipulation and form of judgment in the pending condemnation case which will address the terms and the scope of the permit required from the City of Goodyear .
