F-6. EXCEPTION TO THE POLICY FOR ADMINISTERING GRANTS Approve an exception to the Policy for Administering Grants (A2505) Section D.1 for the Flood Control District of Maricopa County that would allow applications to be submitted for unnamed flood control related grants and/or agreements that may or may not allow indirect cost recovery and that may or may not have match requirements. Approval for this item authorizes application only and does not commit the District to accept funding. Authorize the Chief Engineer and General Manager of the District, or his designee, to sign applications, standard assurance forms, certifications, disclosures and similar documents required under the grant application process. Specific awards and corresponding agreements will be forwarded to the Board of Directors for approval as unique agenda items. The District's indirect cost rate for FY 2015 is 6.6%. (C-69-14-051-G-00)
