F-2. LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT AND STATE OF ARIZONA Approve submittal of a Right of Way Agreement with Arizona State Land Department allowing the District to install, operate and maintain Rain Gauges on State Land. In addition, authorize the Chief Engineer and General Manager of the District, or his designee, to add or remove Rain Gauges from the Right Of Way Agreement with Arizona State Land. The term of this Right of Way Agreement shall begin on May 22, 2014 and shall expire on May 21, 2024. Approve a Right of Way Agreement for Use of Real Property with the Arizona State Land Department with The Flood Control District of Maricopa County, and authorize the Chairman to execute all necessary documents approved by Board of Directors to complete the Right of Way Agreement. The Right of Way Agreement grants The Flood Control District of Maricopa County use of Arizona State Land for the purpose of installing and operating Rain Gauges, generally consisting of the following elements: A station tube, solar panel, tipping bucket and antenna. The term of this License Agreement shall begin on May 21, 2014 and shall expire on May 21, 2024. This item impacts all Supervisorial Districts. (C-69-14-053-8-00)
