RESOLUTION FOR DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY – DESIGNATION OF APPLICANT AGENT Adopt Resolution FCD 2014R002, Delegation of Authority – Designation of Applicant Agent, delegating to the Chief Engineer and General Manager of the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) the authority to designate the District’s Agent to file applications for emergency and disaster relief assistance with the Arizona Division of Emergency Management on behalf of the District for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance. To obtain emergency and disaster relief assistance, the Arizona Division of Emergency Management requires that the District designate an Applicant Agent. Delegation of the authority for this designation provides for timely adjustments to agent designations in response to situational needs. This Agenda Item impacts all supervisorial districts.
