F-1. IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR PINNACLE PEAK ROAD PROJECT RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION, AND 47TH AVENUE AND PINNACLE PEAK ROAD RESIDENTIAL PARCEL FILL Approve Intergovernmental Agreement FCD 2014A006 for the Pinnacle Peak Road Project Right-of-Way Acquisition, and 47th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road Residential Parcel Fill, identifying and defining the responsibilities of the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) and the City of Phoenix (City), for activities related to the rights-of-way acquisition for portions of the City’s Pinnacle Peak Road Project from 55th Avenue to 45th Avenue, and the placement of fill material on District property near 47th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road. The City is performing roadway construction on Pinnacle Peak Road from 55th Avenue to 45th Avenue to improve the drainage infrastructure, traffic flow and capacity of the roadway. The City’s roadway construction project requires certain land rights held by the District. As part of the roadway construction project, the City will place fill material on residentially-zoned property owned by the District to benefit that property.
