F-1. DECLARE- EXCESS PARCELS - FCD P-2280 AND P-2271-EX Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603, the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) requests the Board of Directors declare as excess two parcels. Conveyance documents for the sale of the parcel will be presented to the District Board of Directors for acceptance and signature at time of sale. The parcels are: 1. North of Pinnacle Peak Rd. , east of 47th Avenue Assessor Parcel #: 205-12-143, consisting of 1,200,997 sq. ft., or 27.57 +/- acres 2. North of Pinnacle Peak Rd. , east of 47th Avenue Assessor Parcel #’s: 205-12-144 through 205-12-151, consisting of 8 residential lots , 1+ acres each, totaling: 368,696 sq. ft. or 8.4641 +/- acres The District utilizes its Disposition Program on all excess properties to evaluate them for the best potential of sales or leasing, depending on current market information. The properties will be subject to sale at public auction, or to a municipality for public purposes, without auction, with value determined by appraisal.
