F-5. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE FOR WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES In accordance with MCI-351 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code, approve a competition impracticable procurement with the City of Glendale Landfill in the amount of $250,000 and with the Apache Junction Landfill in the amount of $75,000.00 for waste disposal services. The cost per ton shall be at the current prevailing approved rate and this competition impracticable procurement shall be in effect to until June 30, 2017. (C-69-15-028-3-00)
