F-1. RESOLUTION FOR GENERAL POLICIES CONCERNING RECREATION USES OF FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT REAL PROPERTY Adopt Resolution FCD 2015R004, General Policies concerning Recreation uses of Flood Control District Real Property, allowing Flood Control District fee title property that is used for project purposes, to be used by other public agencies at nominal cost for recreational purposes, subject to approval of appropriate intergovernmental agreements. This action affirms previous resolutions by the Board to make Flood Control District project property available for development of recreational multi-uses by other public agencies for the benefit of the public. Appropriate agreements will be executed by the responsible agency, and development of the recreation facilities will be done at no cost to the District. This Agenda Item impacts all supervisorial districts. (C-69-15-029-6-00)
