This Easement is being issued according to an IGA between both parties. The parcel is located: 1. On northwest corner of Indian School Road and 195th Ave in Buckeye, AZ 2. Assessor Parcel Number 502-28-563A, 502-28-563A, 502-77-748A, .91 +/- acres or 39,750.15 +/- sq. ft. The Flood Control District and Maricopa County Parks have an IGA that permits County Parks to develop pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian trails along with recreational features as part of ta regional trail system throughout Maricopa County. This item is located in Supervisory District No. 4. (C-69-15-047-8-00)
