F-3. CONTRACT WITH QUALITY TESTING, LLC FOR VINEYARD ROAD FLOOD RETARDING STRUCTURE REHABILITATION QUALITY ASSURANCE SERVICES Approve a Consultant Contract in the amount of $3,000,000.00, with Quality Testing, LLC, to provide On-Call Quality Assurance Management & Testing as well as Construction Management Services for the construction of the Vineyard FRS Rehabilitation Project. The Contract will be effective for 4 calendar years with a 1 year optional extension from the date of execution or the expenditure of $3,000,000.00, whichever comes first. Quality Testing, LLC is the selected firm to provide Quality Assurance Management & Testing Services as well as Construction Management Services under this Contract for the Vineyard FRS Rehabilitation Project. This is common practice on federally funded Projects as an exceptional high standard of QA & CM Services is required. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 1. (C-69-15-048-5-00)
