F-1. DONATION OF SANDBAGS Approve and accept a donation of 25 pallets of sandbags (approximately 2500 sandbags), from Vulcan Materials Company for use by the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District). The District intends you use the sandbags during future flood events. The sandbags may be made available to the public in areas identified as being prone to flooding prior to a storm event.
