F-4. NON-MOTORIZED RECREATION TRAIL EASEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY PARKS FOR THE MARICOPA TRAIL, WHITE TANKS FRS #3 STRUCTURE Accept and sign Non-Motorized Recreation Trail Easement between Flood Control District of Maricopa County and Maricopa County Parks. This Easement is being issued pursuant to IGA FCD 2006A002. The parcel is located at Jackrabbit Trail between Bethany Home Road and Northern Avenue and is part of a channel purchased for the White Tanks FRS No. 3 structure. The Flood Control District and Maricopa County Parks have an IGA that permits County Parks to develop pedestrian, bicycle, and equestrian trails along with re creational features as part of a regional trail system throughout Maricopa County.
