F-5. SALE OF REAL PROPERTY THROUGH PUBLIC AUCTION Pursuant to Resolution 86-21 and Resolution 2015R007; approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, all documents related to the sale of Parcel APN 142-33-237C at the northwest corner of 85th Avenue and Northern Avenue in Peoria to VLC Enterprises LLC. VLC Enterprises LLC was the successful bidder at public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 9-402 whereby parcel APN 142-33-237C (also known as FCD Item No. N02-01-EX) was offered for sale on September 29, 2015. The successful bid amount is $430,000.00. The current appraised value of the subject property is $430,000.00 A commission payment of $12,900.00 will be made to Empire Commercial Real Estate pursuant to Joint Resolution 2007R012. The subject parcel is located in Supervisorial District Number 4. (C-69-16-010-8-00)
