F-4. IGA WITH TOWN OF GILBERT FOR FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WITHIN THE CHANDLER GILBERT FLOODPLAIN DELINEATION STUDY AREA Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2015A011, between the Town of Gilbert (Town) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) for cost sharing and preparation of Elevation Certificates within the Chandler Gilbert Floodplain Delineation Study Area in the Town of Gilbert. This IGA FCD 2015A011 identifies the cost share agreement and the responsibilities of the Town and the District for the preparation of Elevation Certificates for homes/habitable structures newly mapped into the floodplain within the Town of Gilbert under the Chandler Gilbert Floodplain Delineation Study which will be first published on FEMA’s floodplain maps on November 4, 2015 as part of that Physical Map Revision (PMR).
