RESOLUTION FCD 2016R003 TO RESCIND RESOLUTION FCD 2007R001 DRAINAGE POLICIES AND STANDARDS MANUAL FOR MARICOPA COUNTY Adopt Resolution FCD 2016R003 rescinding Resolution FCD 2007R001 the Drainage Policies and Standards Manual for Maricopa County to now be referred to as a substantive policy statement. The Drainage Policies and Standards Manual for Maricopa County will still assist those preparing drainage studies, plans, design reports and construction drawings to meet the minimum requirements of the governing regulations. Referring to the manual as a substantive policy statement will allow the expediting of revisions for the permitting process. (C-69-16-028-6-00)
