F-3. NON-EXCLUSIVE WATERLINE AND INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT TO THE TOWN OF GILBERT Approve a non-exclusive water line and ingress/egress easement to the Town of Gilbert across Flood Control District property. The Town of Gilbert installed water line facilities across flood control District property and was granted a right of way use permit for the installation. The waterline easement will assist the Town in being granted a permanent land right for this major improvement project. This agenda item impacts Supervisorial District 1. (C-69-16-029-8-00)
