F-5. SETTING OF HEARING FOR TEXT AMENDEMENT TO THE BOARD OF HEARING REVIEW PROCEDURES Pursuant to A.R.S. §§48-3609 (E) and 48-3615.01 (D), set a public hearing for June 22, 2016 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of TEXT AMENDEMENT TO THE BOARD OF HEARING REVIEW PROCEDURES. Upon Board approval, this item will become effective June 22, 2016. This text amendment will bring the Board of Hearing Review procedures into compliance with State law, and will add additional detail to the procedures that will clarify the burden of proof and order of argument before the Board.
