F-1. CHANGE ORDER TO ON-CALL CONTRACT WITH TETRA TECH, INC. FOR THE BUCKEYE FRS NO. 1 REHABILITATION PROJECT Approve Change Order No. 7 with Tetra Tech, Inc. (FCD2009C005) in the amount of $500,000.00 for a revised total contract amount of $4,130,000.00. The purpose of this Change Order is to add funds in the amount of $500,000.00 to the existing contract for the performance of the remaining design for Phase 2B of the Buckeye FRS No. 1 Rehabilitation Project. Change Order # 7 also modifies the consultant fees in accordance with the attached fee schedule(s). Several dam safety deficiencies have been identified at Buckeye FRS No. 1 and overall rehabilitation of the dam best meets District goals and objectives related to dam safety and public safety. This item impacts Supervisorial District 4. (C-69-16-039-5-00)
