F-3. IGA WITH STATE OF ARIZONA FOR JOINT ACCESS MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUN CITY WEST DRAIN Approve Intergovernmental Agreement FCD 2016A014 (ADOT No. IGA/JPA 15-0005475-I) for joint access of operations and maintenance roads of the State of Arizona’s (State) SR 303L project and Flood Control District of Maricopa County’s (District) Sun City West Drain project. This IGA/JPA describes the areas to be jointly utilized, maintenance responsibilities and permitting requirements. The State’s SR 303L project eliminated District’s access to its Sun City West Drain between the Litchfield and Dysart Road alignments and the State partially restored access via a right of way grant across its SR 303L project basin west of El Mirage Rd. This IGA/JPA addressed the remaining access needs for both parties. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 4. (C-69-16-049-3-00)
