F-2. RATIFY AMENDMENT TO RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA STATE LAND DEPARTMENT Pursuant to Flood Control District Resolution 2013R004, the District requests the Board of Directors ratify the Amendment to Right of Way Agreement between the District and the State Land Department for the addition of two rain gage sites on State Land. The District operates a 24-hour rain, stream and weather gage network, ALERT2, which provides real- time rainfall, flood and weather conditions to the County and other agencies, and collects data to reconstruct storm events for use in floodplain studies, computer modeling of watersheds and design of future flood control structures. This item is located just outside of Maricopa County in Pinal County, adjacent to Supervisorial Districts 1 and 2. (C-69-17-001-M-00)
