F-3. ON-CALL CONTRACT WITH STANTEC CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. FOR DAM SAFETY ENGINEERING SERVICES Award Contract FCD2016C009, On-Call Civil Engineering for Dam Safety Work, to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to provide professional engineering services. The contract will be effective for 1,095 calendar days from the date of execution or the expenditure of $500,000.00, whichever comes first. The Flood Control District of Maricopa Country (District) and Stantec Consulting Services will mutually agree to a detailed scope of work for each work assignment. This is a qualifications-based selection in accordance with the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, Paragraph 504 and Article 5 Procurement Procedures Manual, Chapter II – Section 2. The work under this contract will primarily involve the formal inspection of the District Dams which for the NRCS Dams is scheduled every 5 years. Other civil engineering services, hydrology/hydraulics, dam safety and technology and geotechnical engineering may be other related work under this contract. Individual work assignments will be scoped and negotiated under the contract. This project impacts all Supervisorial Districts. (C-69-17-008-5-00)
