F-3. AMENDMENT TO RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT - SRP LICENSE 64991-0 Pursuant to Flood Control District Resolution 2013R003, the District requests the Board of Directors approve the Land Use License 664991-0 between the District and the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRPAIPD) for a stream gage site on SRPAIPD land at Granite Reef Dam. The District operates a 24-hour rain, stream and weather gage network, ALERT2, which provides real- time rainfall, flood and weather conditions to the County and other agencies, and collects data to reconstruct storm events for use in floodplain studies, computer modeling of watersheds and design of future flood control structures.
