ON-CALL CONTRACT FOR NORTH PEORIA AREA DRAINAGE MASTER STUDY/PLAN UPDATE Award Contract FCD 2020C004 On-Call Services for the North Peoria Area Drainage Master Study and Plan Update to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. to provide professional engineering services. The contract will be effective for 730 calendar days from the date of execution or the expenditure of $750,000.00, whichever comes first. The Flood Control District of Maricopa Country (District) and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. will mutually agree to a detailed scope of work for each work assignment. This is a qualifications-based selection in accordance with the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, Paragraph 504 and Article 5 Procurement Procedures Manual, Chapter II – Section 2 The North Peoria ADMS/P Update will update and refine the findings of the original North Peoria ADMP completed in 2001 (FCD contract 99-45). The purpose of the North Peoria ADMS/P Update is to identify flooding problems due to recent land use changes within the watershed using updated 2-foot contour mapping. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisor Districts 3 and 4. (C-69-21-020-X-00)
