RELEASE OF EASEMENT INTEREST REGARDING CERTAIN FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT PARCELS Pursuant to FCD 1999R016, approve, and authorize execution of, the Release of Easement Interest to release the Flood Control District’s (District) beneficial interest in that certain Drainage Easement, recorded August 13, 1990 as document 90-0365462 in the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office (Easement), that is not needed for project purposes. The parcels are known as FCD Parcels R-245-FL and R-2-FCD The easement area: 1. Is located near the New River Channel project, north of Camelback Road, west of 107th Avenue. 2. Affects portions of Assessor Parcel Numbers 102-59-007H and 102-59-007G, acquired by FCD in 1994 and 1998 respectively. District staff has reviewed the City of Phoenix’s request to release the District’s beneficial interest in the Easement and has responded that the Easement is not needed for project purposes.
