105. IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR BUCKEYE YARD USAGE Adopt Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2020A016 for usage of Maricopa County’s Buckeye Yard, between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT) and the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (COUNTY) regarding expenses incurred by the District. The DISTRICT requires facilities for storage, a work yard and office space in the West Valley of the County to support its Operation and Maintenance Division. The IGA shall become effective July 1, 2020 and remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2025. The County owns Assessor Parcel Number 401-87-001G (Buckeye Yard), as reflected in the attached Exhibit A. The Buckeye Yard has facilities that meet the needs of the District and have been previously used by the District pursuant to a lease that commenced May 1, 2015 and expired June 30, 2020. The lease document was signed by the District’s Chief Engineer and General Manager on March 31, 2015. (C-69-21-042-X-00)
