IGA WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX FOR 19TH AVENUE AND DOBBINS ROAD PROJECT Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2019A010 for the Design, Construction, Utility Relocations, Rights-of-Way Acquisitions, Construction Management, and Operation and Maintenance of 19th Avenue and Dobbins Road Flood Mitigation Project (PROJECT) between the City of Phoenix (CITY) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT). This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS and shall expire ten years from that date, or upon PROJECT completion, whichever occurs first. The Laveen watershed is bounded by the Salt River on north, South Mountain on the south, on approximately the 7th Avenue alignment to the east, and Gila River Indian Community to the west. The PROJECT is bounded on the west by 27th Avenue, on the south by Dobbins Road, on the east by 15th Avenue, and on the north by South Mountain Avenue. The PROJECT includes regional basins, storm drains and inlets, lateral pipes and outfall pipes. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 5. (C-69-21-049-X-00)
