APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT Approve an expenditure appropriation adjustment increasing the FY 2021 Flood Control District (D690) Flood Control Capital Projects Fund (990) Flood Control West Yard (FCWY) expenditure appropriation by $500,000 for the design of a West Maintenance Yard which is planned to begin in Fiscal Year 2022. The source of the funding for the expenditure is accumulated fund balance of the Flood Control Capital Projects Fund (990).
