IGA WITH THE CITY OF PEORIA FOR THE PINNACLE PEAK & 67TH AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVMENTS PROJECT Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2020A013 for the Pinnacle Peak & 67th Avenue Drainage Improvements Project (Project) between the City of Peoria (City) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District). This IGA is for the design, rights-of-way acquisition, and utility relocations for the Project. The estimated total Project cost for these activities is $5,300,000. The District’s estimated share of the Project cost is $2,650,000 and the City’s estimated share of the Project cost is $2,650,000. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS and shall expire two years from that date, or upon completion of these Project activities, whichever occurs first.
