IGA WITH THE CITY OF GLENDALE FOR THE BETHANY HOME ROAD STORM DRAIN 43RD TO 51ST AVENUE PROJECT Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2020A020 for the Bethany Home Road Storm Drain 43rd to 51st Avenue Project (Project) between the City of Glendale (City) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District). The estimated total Project cost is $1,600,000. The District’s estimated share of the Project cost is $800,000 and the City’s estimated share of the Project cost is $800,000. This Agreement is for the design, rights-of-way acquisition, and utility relocations for the Project, and shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS and shall expire two years from that date, or upon completion of these Project activities, whichever occurs first. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 4 and 5. (C-69-21-058-X-00)
