SET HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 2021R001 - COMPREHENSIVE REPORT AND PROGRAM 2020 Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3616 B, set a public hearing for March 10, 2021 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of Resolution 2021R001, Comprehensive Report and Program – 2020. The last District Comprehensive Report, per statutory requirements, was prepared and adopted in 2015. The 2020 Report is an update to the 2015 Report. The 2020 update addresses completed District studies and projects, projects to be constructed from the current Capital Improvement Program, programs to be continued, new initiatives, and community expectations.
