91. CONTRACT FOR ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES Approve a Competitive Procurement, Maricopa County Procurement Code, MCI-351, in the amount of $2,000,000.00 with Quality Testing, LLC, in order to provide On-call Construction Management and Inspection Services for the District’s Dam Safety Rehabilitation Program, including the Buckeye Flood Retarding Structure No. 1 Rehabilitation Project, Phase 2B. The Contract will be effective for 730 calendar days from the date of execution or the expenditure of $2,000,000, whichever comes first. As an option, the Contract may be extended by change order for an additional period up to 1,095 calendar days, or expenditure of the remaining funds, whichever comes first. This contract amount is $2,000,000, the contract performance is 730 calendar days effective the date of the Notice to Proceed, with an option to renew for up to an additional 1,095 calendar days.
