HEARING REGARDING ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 2021R001-COMPREHENSIVE REPORT AND PROGRAM Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3616 B, convene the public hearing to solicit comments and consider the adoption of Resolution 2021R001, Comprehensive Report and Program – 2020. Upon Board approval, this item will become effective March 10, 2021. Arizona Revised Statute Section 48-3616 states that a report "....shall be prepared at least every five years beginning in 1985 and shall indicate the past efforts of the district in eliminating or minimizing flood control problems and state the planned future work of the district to eliminate or minimize flood control problems." This report requirement is in addition to the Annual Capital Improvement Program. (C-69-21-071-X-00)
