IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY FOR HIDDEN VALLEY BASINS AND STORM DRAIN PROJECT Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2020A021 for the Design, Construction, Utility Relocations, Rights-of-Way Acquisitions, Construction Management, and Operation and Maintenance of Hidden Valley Flood Mitigation Project (PROJECT) between the Maricopa County (COUNTY) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT). This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS and shall remain in full force and effect until all stipulations previously indicated have been satisfied. The Laveen watershed is bounded by the Salt River on north, South Mountain on the south, on approximately the 7th Avenue alignment to the east, and Gila River Indian Community to the west. The PROJECT is bounded on the west by 51st Avenue, on the south by Estrella Drive, on the east by 41st Avenue, and on the north by Carver Road. The PROJECT includes two regional basins, storm drains and inlets, lateral pipes and outfall pipes. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 5. (C-69-21-092-X-00)
