74. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR USE OF THE POWERLINE FLOODWAY AND SR-24 DRAINAGE CHANNEL MAINTENANCE ROADS AND ACCESS RAMPS (Supervisorial District 1 and 2) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2020A027 between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) and the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for shared use of the Powerline Floodway and SR-24 drainage channel maintenance roads and access ramps. The purpose of this Amendment to the existing IGA is to allow for joint use of new future maintenance roads within the defined Exhibit area. The purpose of the original IGA was to define the relationship between the District and ADOT with referencing to allowing joint use of the maintenance roads and access ramps between the two agency facilities. The IGA also defined the maintenance responsibilities of both the District and ADOT for the drainage and freeway facilities in the area. (Supervisorial District 1 and 2) (C-69-21-106-X-01)
