DECLARE EXCESS LAND, APPROVE SALE OF DISTRICT PARCELS AND CONVEYANCE TO ADOT Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603, the Flood Control District requests the Board of Directors (1) Declare a portion of five (5) FCD parcels as excess to the needs of the Flood Control District. (2) Pursuant to Resolution FCD 1999R016, the Flood Control District requests the Board of Directors approve the sale of FCD Parcels BW-64 and BW-70 through BW-73 to the State of Arizona, by and through its Department of Transportation (ADOT), its successors or assigns for public roadways. The sale will generate $42,280. (3) Authorize Chairman of the Board of Directors to execute conveyance documents and all other required documents approved by legal counsel for the conveyance of the parcels to ADOT for public roadway. Parcel information: 1. FCD Parcels: BW-64, BW-70, BW-71, BW-72, and BW-73 Location: east of S. Miller Road and north of I-10 Assessor Parcel Numbers: 504-18-011B, 504-19-006E, 014F, 014H, and 015J.
