100. IGA WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX FOR 51ST AVENUE AND DOBBINS ROAD PROJECT Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2021A006 for the Design, Rights-of-Way Acquisitions, and Utility Relocations for 51st Avenue and Dobbins Road Storm Drain Project (PROJECT) between the City of Phoenix (CITY) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT). This Agreement shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS and shall expire ten years from that date, or upon PROJECT completion, whichever occurs first. The Laveen watershed is bounded by the Salt River on north, South Mountain on the south, on approximately the 7th Avenue alignment to the east, and Gila River Indian Community to the west. The PROJECT is bounded on the west by 59th Avenue, on the south by Sunrise Drive, on the east by 47th Avenue and on the north by Dobbins Road. The PROJECT includes regional basins, storm drains and inlets, lateral pipes and outfall pipes. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 5. (C-69-22-055-X-00)
