LEASE AMENDMENT WITH APS FOR DISTRICT PARCEL: PORTION OF TW-29C Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-3603, the Flood Control District (District) requests the Board of Directors approve, and authorize execution of, the Amendment to Lease to continue Arizona Public Service Company’s (APS) use of District property for the purpose of operating and maintaining an electrical substation. Parcel Information: Location: Northwest corner of the District Parcel, south and east of the intersection of US-60 and W Deer Valley Rd. Assessor Parcel Number: Portion of 503-73-032 District Parcel Number: Portion of TW-29C Area: 122,500 square feet or 2.812 acres +/- District staff has reviewed and approved the Amendment to Lease for APS’s continued use of the property for an electrical substation.
