87. IGA WITH CITY OF MESA FOR OAK ST. BASIN AND STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2021A011 for the Oak Street Basin and Storm Drain Project (PROJECT) between the City of Mesa (CITY) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT). This Agreement identifies and defines the responsibilities of the DISTRICT and the CITY, for the joint use of CITY Right-of-Way and Easements for the portion of the PROJECT activities related to construction, construction management, operation & maintenance that are located within the CITY. The Agreement shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 2. (C-69-22-075-X-00)
