IGA WITH THE TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF FEE OF PERMANENT EASEMENT HELD AS PART OF RITTENHOUSE CHANNEL DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS Approve IGA FCD 2021A008 between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT) and the Town of Queen Creek (TOWN) for the conveyance of fee and permanent easement held as part of the Rittenhouse Channel drainage improvements. The TOWN wishes to acquire the property to facilitate planned projects in the area for the purchase price of $500. This value is based upon an appraisal by an independent fee appraiser with an adjustment for the net present value for other valuable consideration received by the DISTRICT from the TOWN.
