IGA WITH UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, NATURE RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE Approve IGA FCD 2022A008 between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT) and the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and accept $479,884.99 in Federal Funds for technical and financial assistance to the DISTRICT for repair of portions of the Scott Avenue Wash in the Town of Gila Bend. Portions of Scott Avenue Wash were damaged in the August 2021 storm event. The NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection Program provides for technical and financial assistance to a local sponsor for the restoration of flood control facilities damaged due to f looding.
