IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR TREE INSTALLATION PROJECT IN SUNNYSLOPE TO THE ARIZONA CANAL DIVERSION CHANNEL NEAR 19TH AVE Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2022A010 between the City of Phoenix (CITY) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (DISTRICT) for the planting and maintenance of several drought resistant trees adjacent the Arizona Canal Diversion Channel (ACDC) near 19th Ave and Hatcher Road (PROJECT). This Agreement identifies and defines the responsibilities of the DISTRICT and the CITY for the installation and ongoing operation and maintenance of the PROJECT. The Agreement shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 3. (C-69-22-093-X-00)
