APPROVE SALE OF DISTRICT PARCEL AND AUTHORIZE CONVEYANCE TO A PORTION OF FCD PARCEL A022-006 Pursuant to Resolution FCD 1999R016 and FCD 2018R013, the Flood Control District requests the Board of Directors: (1) to approve the sale of a portion of FCD Parcel A022-006 to Maricopa County for roadway purposes. The sale will generate $17,100. The District will reserve a drainage easement as part of the Reems Road Channel and Basin Project and (2) authorize Chairman of the Board of Directors to execute conveyance documents and all other required documents approved by legal counsel for the conveyance of the parcel to Maricopa County for a road widening project, TT00562.
