ON-CALL CONTRACT FOR FOUNTAIN HILLS AREA DRAINAGE MASTER STUDY/PLAN UPDATE Award Contract FCD 2021C018 On-Call Services for the Fountain Hills Area Drainage Master Study and Plan, (ADMS/P), Update to Black & Veatch Corp., to provide professional engineering services. The contract will be effective for 730 calendar days from the date of execution or the expenditure of $750,000.00, whichever comes first. The Flood Control District of Maricopa Country (District) and Black & Veatch, will mutually agree to a detailed scope of work for each work assignment. This is a qualifications-based selection in accordance with the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, Paragraph 504 and Article 5 Procurement Procedures Manual, Chapter II – Section 2 The Fountain Hills ADMS/P Update will update and refine the findings of the original Fountain Hills ADMP completed in 1997 (FCD contract 94-16). The purpose of the Fountain Hills ADMS/P Update is to identify flooding problems due to recent land use changes within the watershed using updated 2-foot contour mapping.
