RESOLUTION TO TEMPORARILY WAIVE FLOODPLAIN REGULATION ADMINISTRATIVE FEES IN GILA BEND Approve Resolution FCD 2021R02 waiving the Floodplain Regulation Administrative Fees for those private property owners and/or business operations located in and around Gila Bend, Arizona seeking such approvals to repair, replace and/or reconstruct structures damaged or destroyed as a result of the rains of August 13-14, 2021, for any application submitted prior to August 14, 2022, representing a period of one year from the date of the aforesaid declaration of local emergency.
