GENERAL AGREEMENT WITH CABANA ON POWER, LLC FOR SHARED ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE Approve General Agreement (GA) FCD 2021G002 between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) and Cabana on Power, LLC (Cabana) for shared access and the maintenance responsibilities of the residential wall and weed control area. The purpose of this IGA is to define the relationship of the District and Cabana for the a non-exclusive and reciprocal right-of-entry across those portions of the Cabana Parcel and FCD Parcel being adjacent to the common boundary between said parcels for 1) weed and vector control, and 2) the construction, use, maintenance, installation, removal and replacement of the Cabana perimeter wall.
