IGA WITH THE CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK FOR THE DOWNTOWN STORM DRAIN PROJECT PHASES 4 AND 5 Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2021A009 for the Litchfield Park Downtown Storm Drain Project Phases 4 and 5 (Project) between the City of Litchfield Park (City) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District). The estimated total Project cost is $433,050. The District’s estimated share of the Project cost is $216,525 and the City’s estimated share of the Project cost is $216,525. This Agreement is for the design, rights-of-way acquisition, and utility relocations for the Project, and shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS and shall expire two years from that date, or upon completion of these Project activities, whichever occurs first. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 4 and 5. (C-69-22-142-X-00)
